As a mortage advisor, I service my clients with needs for residential and commerical financing needs in New England (MA, CT, RI, and NH).  At Independent Mortgage, LLC,  I get to wear many hats as a principal.  What I enjoy most is get to dabble in many areas of running the business.

The mortgage business is a very competitive one to say the least.  Earlier in my practice in this profession, I’ve realized the best way to succeed is to offer an honest and accessable approach to help pilot customers through the mortgage process.  Today, I am a proud member of the Upfront Mortgage Broker organization, conducting business as a “good apple”.  I continue to help buyers and real estate agents find great value in multifamily homes as a focus, my MultifamilySmart program highlights properties that are eligible and present great financial value.

Since 2003, I’ve been able to guide my customers throught the alphabet soup of the mortgage process.  More importantly, getting my customers the best mortgage program with the best available rate is always my goal.  I combine my experince my technical experience with my business skills (more on my LinkeIn profile) to best suit what I do for my customers.  I have found that education throught informational workshops are an excellent means to help customers reach their home financing goals.
